Shipping & Exchange

We do not accept returns or provide exchange/refunds at the moment. Once an ADIE product is sold, it eligible for exchange only if we send you a different product or size. Incase of any other genuine issue please reach out to us (* subject to our discretion).

Exchange will be made only once and when informed within 2 working days of receiving the goods.Item to be exchanged should be received within 7 days of receiving the goods.   Kindly write to us at a.design.is.everything@gmail.com to request for an exchange.

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your product, ADIE will take care of the shipping.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible exchanges. We would require all original papers/tags to be returned with the product.

ADIE reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any exchange.

 All custom made orders and sale items are non-returnable.

We are a small business who puts a lot of heart and soul into all our products. All our products are handcrafted and we take a lot of pride in the quality of our products.We ensure that the colours of the photos are as close as possible to the original product. Also we use a lot of handlooms so an irregular weave or stitch is a part of the beauty & character of the textile.So please carefully read the item description, sizing details and product care so that owning an ADIE product is a fulfilling experience for you and us .
